    The production equipment fleet includes 8 printing presses. This is high-quality equipment from Hansheng Machinery, Heidelberg, RYOBI and KOMORI. This allows us to handle orders of any format: from compact products to full-size A1+ sheets.

Speedmaster SM 74-2

Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 74-2 sheetfed offset press – a versatile and high-performance machine for high-quality two-color perfecting or single-sided printing, spot color coating, and application of protective or decorative varnishes. The machine can handle various materials in formats up to 520×740 mm: lightweight thin paper from 0.03 mm, standard coated and label board, as well as thick packaging board up to 0.6 mm. The press design combines features such as reduced makeready time thanks to the semi-automatic plate changing system (AutoPlate), high productivity (up to 15,000 impressions per hour), and minimal paper waste during setup. The extensive use of advanced automatic control technologies (CP Tronic / CP2000 systems), Alcolor film dampening, and high-quality components from the leading German manufacturer ensures flawless registration accuracy, stable optical density of the print, and exceptional equipment durability during extended periods of intensive operation.

LITHRONE G 40 (А1)

LITHRONE G 540С (А1)

KOMORI LITHRONE GL-540 HC – a premium five-color sheetfed offset press with a coating unit, distinguished by a very high level of automation: fully automatic plate changing, the intelligent KHS-AI rapid and low-waste makeready system, PDC-SX scanning spectrodensitometer, and more. But the main highlight is the PQA-S continuous print quality control system based on a 4K high-resolution camera. PQA-S allows inline monitoring of ink feeding during the print run, inspecting the quality of each impression for various defects, as well as tracking color registration accuracy. The PQA-S system performs all these functions at full machine speed without the need to pull samples from the press.

RYOBI

790 (RMGT) (А2+)

RMGT 790ST-S-6 six-color offset printing press with a coating unit – the flagship model of B2 format printing presses. Due to the traditionally high level of reliability, high-quality printing, and ease of operation, this series is very popular worldwide and has received many positive reviews. Automation of preparatory and printing processes, and makeready speed make RMGT indispensable for solving various printing house tasks. Up to 10 printing units and reversing devices, carton processing equipment, and non-contact sheet travel allow RMGT machine configurations to be adapted for commercial, label, and packaging printing tasks. The ability for water-based and UV varnishing significantly expands product finishing capabilities and premium-class publication printing. The presence of LED-UV dryers on the machine gives its users additional competitive advantages in the market.

HANSHENG

HSS-104 2+2

An offset printing press that enables double-sided printing with two printing units on each side of the sheet (i.e., four colors in one pass). This configuration expands the capabilities of the standard HSS-104 model, which was originally designed for single-sided or double-sided single-color printing.
