Foil stamping equipment
The stamping section is equipped with presses for applying metallized and pigment foil (gold, silver, colored shades) with the ability to use up to two rolls simultaneously. Blind stamping without foil is performed, as well as embossing — creating high or low relief up to 1.5 mm. The equipment supports work with complex geometry layouts: small fonts, thin lines, logos. Thanks to the electronic registration system, alignment accuracy with the print is ±0.2 mm, which is suitable for finishing packaging, cards, covers and promotional materials.

SBL 1060 EFT automatic die-cutting press (also referred to by the manufacturer in specifications as the SBL 106 EFT series) – a versatile and high-performance machine for precision die-cutting, creasing, hot foil stamping, embossing, burr removal, and front edge trimming in one working cycle. The press is designed for uninterrupted and precise processing of a wide range of materials in the standard format of 1060×760 mm: thin paper, thick cardboard, corrugated board, and various types of sheet plastic.
