Packaging equipment
The packaging section includes automated lines for final packaging of finished products. The equipment forms two types of packaging: compact "Euro-pallets" (shrink PVC or polyethylene film) and corrugated boxes with a flap system. Order-based grouping is provided: products are laid out on pallets according to a specified scheme (number of rows, stack height), after which they undergo strap banding with polypropylene or polyester strapping. Built-in weight terminals and geometry sensors monitor mass and stacking integrity — defective blocks are rejected before final sealing. The output capacity allows for packaging up to 25 pallets per shift without manual operations.
