The flexibility of our production is ensured by a powerful fleet of folding and gluing equipment (Diana, Versor, FGL lines). This allows us to produce boxes of any type and complexity with high quality, quickly readjusting to different formats. Full process automation also includes flawless Braille application and "Honest Sign" codes directly in the gluing lines.

Eazy Plus 85
Diana Easy Plus 85 automatic folding-gluing machine with automatic and semi-automatic delivery, built to the highest quality standards, features quick changeover and ease of use. Maximum speed is 350 m/min, and the machine's equipment ensures a wide range of applications. The machine, available in 85 and 115 cm formats, easily handles blanks from 55 mm to 600 mm in length and from 45 mm in width, processes cardboard weighing 200-600 g/m², and corrugated cardboard up to E-flute.

Diana Packer 4.0 automatic packer – a versatile and high-performance machine for automatic counting, automatic turning, forming multi-row layers, and stacking finished cardboard products into shipping corrugated containers. The packer can handle various materials and product configurations: standard folding boxes with a density from 200 to 600 g/m², complex multi-point structures, and miniature pharmaceutical packaging. The packaging line design combines features such as reduced changeover and setup time, record productivity (up to 200,000 boxes per hour), and minimization of manual labor through full synchronization with folding-gluing machines. The extensive use of advanced automatic corrugated container inspection technologies (ACC system), turning modules, and high-quality components from leading global manufacturers ensures impeccable stacking accuracy according to specified packaging patterns and production stability during continuous operation.

The Jinnyeu 700-PC automatic folding-gluing machine features a unique design that ensures precise folding without workpiece misalignment. The entire machine remains stationary and stable even when operating at high speed. Independent conveyor-stackers are ideal for stacking multiple colored boxes, adjusting the conveyor angle and length. Equipped with a counter and automatic emergency stop sensor.
