Die-cut blank separation
The section is equipped with two YOKO and KUAIYIDA machines for automatic separation of stacks from scrap. When printing with a ganged layout, the system eliminates mix-ups (contamination) and increases the purity of finished product packaging.

KUAIYIDA KYD-1080 automatic blank separation machine – a versatile and high-performance machine for automatic burr removal, cleaning of internal windows and technological holes, and separating die-cut pieces individually in one working cycle. The machine can handle various materials after flat die-cutting processes: thin paper, thick cardboard, plastic (PVC/PET) films, and corrugated board.

SM1080 TR
The YOCO SM1080TR allows automatic separation of blanks at high speed (up to 25 cycles/min), eliminating deformations. The YOCO SM1080TR worktable is equipped with an air cushion, which prevents slipping of the lower sheets during registration. For working with mirror-arranged blanks, a rotation mode is provided, and the presence of an automatic remover facilitates the operator's work in stacking finished products, increasing productivity. The software allows quick reconfiguration from one job to another, while previous tasks are stored in the computer's memory.
