Roll unwinding (flattening)
The unwinding section is equipped with several machines enabling simultaneous work with eight rolls. The equipment allows processing materials with a density from 35 to 500 g/m², preparing roll paper and cardboard for subsequent cutting and printing operations.

HOUSENG machines are designed for paper cutting at paper mills, printing houses and packaging workshops, performing a full cycle: unwinding — cutting — conveying — collecting. The equipment is equipped with high-precision stainless steel knife shafts with British cutters, ensuring low noise levels, long service life and stability at high speeds. Control is carried out via a touch screen paired with a Siemens PLC, and three sets of slitting knives allow operation at speeds up to 300 m/min with quick setup and high precision.
