Computer-to-Plate (CtP)
The CtP output is performed on an Amsky Aurora T864 device (up to 28 plates per hour). This is a modern plate-making technology in which the image is formed directly on the plate material using laser exposure. The section also uses a programmable plotter for cutting rubber used in the water-based varnish application section.
Amsky
Aurora T864
Amsky Aurora T864 thermal CtP system – a versatile and high-performance machine for exposing, high-precision laser output, and production of process-free and traditional thermal offset printing plates. The complex can handle various popular plate formats ranging from a minimum of 300×400 mm to a maximum of 1130×920 mm. The laser platesetter design combines features such as reduced preparation time, high exposure speed (up to 28 plates per hour), and minimal raster dot geometry errors. The extensive use of advanced 64-channel thermal lasers with a wavelength of 830 nm, dynamic drum balance technology, and high-quality optics ensures exceptional registration accuracy and stable finished plate output during long-term equipment operation in a large reprocenter or printing house.

ZXT
ZX-1113V
ZXT ZX-1113V flatbed digital plotter – a versatile and high-performance machine for contour cutting, creasing, perforation, milling, and slotting without the use of cutting dies (Die-Free technology). The complex is optimal for small-scale production and prototyping, operating in an effective cutting area of 1100×1300 mm with the following materials: corrugated board, honeycomb panels, PVC, foam board, leather, rubber, and advertising self-adhesive films.
